About The Position

The QA Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing and evaluating watches and completing repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

• A high school diploma and a minimum of three years’ experience as a Watch Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy & fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a quick and efficient workflow, while meeting quality standards.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting, tracking repairs, and managing daily tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual inspections of watches and other product types to assess cosmetic appearance and functionality.
• Identifies imperfections and accurately documents findings.
• Tests watch functions and records results.
• Works with Quality Management on inspection standards and changes to processes.
• Performs minor adjustments to products as needed.
• Ensures all completed work meets established quality standards and specifications.
• Maintains a clean and efficient work area, as well as contributes to the overall cleanliness of the department.
• Other duties as assigned
