The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for executing corporate and plant specific Food Safety, Quality and Laboratory requirements. This role ensures product quality and compliance by interpreting manufacturing and engineering requirements and developing, executing, and refining analytical testing methods and procedures. The technician will also develop and maintain quality documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, administer and improve the Quality Control program, monitor internal quality KPIs, ensure adherence to GMP standards, oversee sanitation and housekeeping, drive consistency in quality systems, support continuous improvement, assist in training, communicate effectively with production teams, safeguard company assets, maintain workplace organization, and participate in required company training programs.
