About The Position

The QA Technologist II will use change skills to lead improvements in the quality application of the employees on the shift. This position will ensure the overall adherence to the quality standards and will work in conjunction with production supervisors to improve process controls and product quality. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to: Analyze, interpret, and report quality data including HACCP, Net Weights, and EQA results. Audit production processes to ensure quality procedures, testing, and programs are properly followed. Work closely with production, QA technicians, and management to support quality system compliance. Train employees on quality programs, testing procedures, SPC, HACCP, AIB, charting, and housekeeping standards. Monitor and audit newly implemented quality programs to ensure consistent adoption and compliance. Conduct end-of-shift QA review meetings to discuss quality concerns, consumer complaints, and root cause analysis. Support food safety, food defense, and overall product quality initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time permanent role on C shift, which operates on a rotating schedule Sunday to Wednesday, 5pm to 5am.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 4 – 6 years technical related experienced
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, and power point)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
