Requirements

  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment.
  • Computer basics.
  • Passing ALPLA assessment scores.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Good decision making with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • Must act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards (OSHA).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with physical lab testing equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ALPLA bottle terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that product quality and compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Performs accurate testing.
  • Maintains proper documentation.
  • Verifies equipment readiness.
  • Communicates quality issues and supports investigations as needed.
  • Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications.
  • Performs routine quality checks.
  • Completes equipment verifications.
  • Performs line clearance process.
  • Can properly complete paperwork and standards (basic).
  • Navigates document management system.
  • Understands IMS basics.
  • Understands OPEX basics.
  • Can complete COA review and preparation.
  • Understands CAQ basics.
  • Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location.
  • Manages internal and external defective products.
  • Understands AQL and sampling plans.
  • Understands problem solving basics.
  • Participates in RCAs.
