Requirements

Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in quality assurance within a consumer product manufacturing setting.
Background in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the batching of concentrates and syrups, adhering strictly to established company procedures and guidelines.
Providing valuable input on the weekly production schedule, optimizing it based on current raw materials inventory and batching capacity.
Maintaining high standards of sanitation for production lines, pipes, and tanks, safeguarding against any microbiological activity.
Ensuring that all lab equipment is fully operational and calibrated to the company's rigorous standards.
Verifying that all incoming raw materials, including CO2, water, and sweeteners, meet stringent specifications before they are accepted.
