Requirements

QA Specialist I – Aseptic Core Monitoring (First and Second Shift)
QA Specialist I – Operations (M-F 4PM to 12:30 AM)
QC Microbiologist I (M-F 4PM to 12:30 AM)
QC Sample Coordinator (First Shift)

Responsibilities

Provides real‑time monitoring of aseptic behaviors during sterile manufacturing, including gowning, interventions, environmental monitoring, and material handling in ISO 5/6 areas.
Ensures product quality and compliance with internal procedures and external standards.
Conducts batch record review, lot disposition, and quality system oversight.
Evaluates deviations, determines escalation needs, reviews and approves investigations, and manages associated CAPAs.
Conducts environmental and clean‑utility sampling and testing in accordance with approved procedures.
Performs laboratory analyses and supports additional microbiology tasks.
Supports activities in the QC Sample Management group, including use of material control procedures and specification documents.
Performs raw material sampling & inspection.
Participates in the coordination of testing with internal and external resources.
Collects data and material certificates for review by QA.
