About The Position

We're hiring QA/QC Technicians to support large-scale solar construction projects across the Midwest and Western United States. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with 100% travel, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working on projects across the country.

Requirements

• OSHA 10 Certification
• NFPA 70E Certification
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Willingness to travel 100% to projects throughout the Midwest and Western U.S.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous QA/QC experience in utility-scale solar construction preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on posts, racking systems, and solar module installations
• Document inspection and testing results accurately
• Complete inspection reports and quality control documentation
• Identify installation deficiencies and incorrect practices before work progresses
• Partner with the Quality Control Manager to maintain project quality standards
• Ensure work complies with project specifications and safety requirements
