$85,000 - $100,000Onsite

About The Position

Serve as the quality authority for structured cabling and low‑voltage projects across multiple environments (data center, commercial, AV). This role focuses on auditing and compliance, not installation. The supervisor acts as the primary escalation point for QA/QC issues from technicians, supervisors, and project teams. Responsibilities include planning and performing formal QA/QC audits on active and completed projects, ensuring work complies with company standards, industry standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes. They will prepare and distribute clear audit reports with corrective actions and recommendations, partnering with field leadership to develop and track corrective and preventive action plans, and verifying their effectiveness through follow‑up audits. The role also involves identifying repeat issues and quality trends across projects, recommending improvements, and supporting the development and expansion of QA/QC processes, checklists, and standards. The supervisor must stay current on industry changes, manufacturer updates, and code revisions, communicating their impacts, and participate in onboarding, joint site walkthroughs, and maintain a visible field presence, traveling between project sites as required to support audits and inspections.
