About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for providing program-level leadership to accomplish the mission and expand the business by successfully developing uniformity across projects and clients. Assist the Director of QAQC in managing QAQC staff, project finances, and business growth goals by performing the following duties. The Program Manager will represent BVPI's interest in delivering services per the contractual requirements and company standards. They will update project information as it is made available and proactively work to resolve resource conflicts. The Program Manager will also work with the BVPI training department to develop and maintain required training guidelines and a program structure to ensure uniformity across each client program. They will utilize Deltek to forecast project resource requirements, billing projections, and expenses, and review clients' master and L2/3 micro schedules for accurate project personnel allocations and resource coordination. The Program Manager will coordinate with each site lead to ensure all deliverables are met per client contracts, maintain BVPI's interest during client communication, and participate in new project opportunities, presenting proposals and credentials. They will develop positive working relationships with client staff, GC, subcontractors, and vendors, and establish and maintain a document control process for site leads. The Program Manager supervises multiple project resources, including field technical staff. They work with BVPI training and client representatives to establish and maintain a site onboarding program. They also work to expand current contracted services for existing clients and participate in business development functions. The Program Manager will maintain an optimistic outward projection of the company, track and monitor each site and program KPI, attend monthly QAQC/CX program meetings, and attend QAQC Collaborative meetings to work on program refinement and implementation of recommendations. They will solicit feedback from the BVPI team and communicate program changes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from a four-year college or university; or 10 to 12 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with the Director of QAQC (DOQ) and project leadership to determine project budgets.
Identifies variances in the Scope of Work (SOW) and advises the Client promptly of any potential change orders resulting from these variances.
Understand and explain the circumstances driving all financial variances throughout the project cycle.
Assists in Client invoicing and business reviews
Updates project information as it is made available and proactively works to resolve resource conflicts as conflicts are generated.
Works with the BVPI training department to develop and maintain a required training guideline to ensure continuity and uniformity for all team members across the program.
Develop and maintain a program structure to ensure uniformity across each client program.
Develop and maintain requirements for each team member to complete to align with program expectations.
Utilizes Deltek to accurately forecast project resource requirements, billing projections, and expenses on assigned projects.
Reviews the clients' master and L2/3 micro schedules for accurate project personnel allocations and resource coordination.
Coordinate with each site lead to ensure all deliverables are met per our client contract.
Maintains BVPI's interest during client communication and withholds any potentially sensitive BVPI proprietary information.
Participates in new project opportunities and present proposals and credentials to the Client.
Develop positive working relationships with client staff, GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
Established and maintained a document control process for site leads to provide consistent retention across programs.
Supervises multiple project resources to include field technical staff for assigned projects.
Work with BVPI training and client representatives to establish and maintain a site onboarding program.
Works to expand current contracted services offering for existing clients.
Participates in and attends business development functions as needed to represent the company.
Track and monitor each site and program KPI for clients to ensure program standards are being held and maintained.
Attend monthly QAQC/CX program meetings.
Attend QAQC Collaborative meetings and work with the Collaborative to work on initiatives in program refinement and implementation of recommendations made by the group, including the development of checklists, spec recommendations, and lessons learned feedback.
Solicit feedback on initiatives from the BVPI team and communicate changes in the program to the team.
Supervises subordinates managing projects for which the Program Manager is ultimately responsible.
Works with the scheduler to identify and facilitate the overall direction and coordination of resources deployed to projects.
Overseas program uniformity from site to site, ensure all Technical Team Leads monitor all deliverables for their respective projects.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work and resolving problems.
Identify opportunities for professional development for the program team and escalate to the training department or senior leadership.
Highlight ways to evolve team satisfaction and retention.
