The Program Manager is responsible for providing program-level leadership to accomplish the mission and expand the business by successfully developing uniformity across projects and clients. Assist the Director of QAQC in managing QAQC staff, project finances, and business growth goals by performing the following duties. The Program Manager will represent BVPI's interest in delivering services per the contractual requirements and company standards. They will update project information as it is made available and proactively work to resolve resource conflicts. The Program Manager will also work with the BVPI training department to develop and maintain required training guidelines and a program structure to ensure uniformity across each client program. They will utilize Deltek to forecast project resource requirements, billing projections, and expenses, and review clients' master and L2/3 micro schedules for accurate project personnel allocations and resource coordination. The Program Manager will coordinate with each site lead to ensure all deliverables are met per client contracts, maintain BVPI's interest during client communication, and participate in new project opportunities, presenting proposals and credentials. They will develop positive working relationships with client staff, GC, subcontractors, and vendors, and establish and maintain a document control process for site leads. The Program Manager supervises multiple project resources, including field technical staff. They work with BVPI training and client representatives to establish and maintain a site onboarding program. They also work to expand current contracted services for existing clients and participate in business development functions. The Program Manager will maintain an optimistic outward projection of the company, track and monitor each site and program KPI, attend monthly QAQC/CX program meetings, and attend QAQC Collaborative meetings to work on program refinement and implementation of recommendations. They will solicit feedback from the BVPI team and communicate program changes.
