About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Biology
- 2-5 years of inspection or receiving experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in PC applications (data entry, documentation)
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience handling antibody or scientific products
- Familiarity with ISO and regulatory/statutory requirements
- Prior experience in a laboratory or scientific manufacturing setting
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare datasheets for product documentation
- Accurately enter and update data in the company database
- Communicate with vendors regarding datasheets and origin surveys
- Develop and maintain product label templates
- Document and implement changes following standard operating procedures
- Update and verify incoming product specifications
- Inspect and receive antibody products, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and specifications
- Complete thorough inspection records as per operational standards
- Initiate material rejections and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inspection queries
- Report daily statistics and maintain accurate records
- Uphold all safety, ethical, ISO, and regulatory standards
- Participate in cross-training and support additional duties as needed
