Requirements

  • Must have a satisfactory background/MVR check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug test.
  • Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Certificate or diploma from a trade or technical school (Electrical/Mechanical).
  • 1–3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in industrial/commercial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect installed equipment for conformance with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Review electrical and mechanical design drawings to develop inspection documents.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inspection and quality control reports.
  • Attend project planning meetings and provide input on QA/QC procedures.
  • Review equipment submittals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Communicate quality findings and status updates with customers, peers, and management.
  • Support the project team in maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Perform other QA/QC-related tasks as required to meet evolving project needs.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
