Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in QA/QC coordination within the electrical or electronics industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using quality management systems and inspection tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures for electrical projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Review and verify technical documentation, test reports, and compliance certificates related to electrical components and assemblies.
Coordinate and schedule quality control activities, including testing and validation of electrical systems.
Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, defects, and corrective actions taken.
Monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and safety.
