This role is responsible for maintaining QA processes, standards, playbooks, and operational documentation. The QA Project Manager will develop, review, and enhance QA governance and organizational procedures, and create and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting. This includes managing defect metrics reporting, such as defect leakage, defect density, production defects, and quality trends. The role involves pulling, analyzing, and validating data from various tools like Clarity, Jira, Rally, Power BI, and SharePoint, and preparing executive-ready presentations and leadership summaries. Establishing and managing reporting schedules and governance, identifying manual processes for automation, and partnering with QA leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to collect and analyze project health data are key functions. Additionally, the role supports resource planning, portfolio reporting, demand tracking, capacity management, and tracking action items, decisions, risks, and deliverables across the QA organization. Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency is also a core responsibility.
