The position involves reviewing and approving various quality documents, coordinating site functions for timely approvals, and developing Technical Quality Agreements to align customer and company quality systems. The role also focuses on nurturing customer partnerships, generating quality metrics and reports, promoting compliance, and participating in internal audits and customer audits/inspections. Additionally, the position requires conducting investigations for quality events, promoting GMP and safety through training, and accurately reviewing and recording data to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
