QA engineers and analysts sit within engineering teams, and the QA Manager serves as the direct people leader for their assigned group. This role owns the development, health, and day-to-day performance of direct reports while operating within the broader quality standards and strategy established by the Director of QA. The QA Manager is a people leader and quality advocate, focused on team-level execution, individual team member growth, and ensuring quality is consistently built into delivery across their assigned teams.
