About The Position

As a QA Manager with Presidio, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall QA strategy, leading QA teams across multiple workstreams and regions, and ensuring consistent testing standards and quality outcomes. Oversees test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness while maintaining end-to-end test coverage, traceability, and adherence to quality gates. Provides stakeholders with clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues, while driving continuous process improvement and enhancing QA maturity across the organization. This is a hybrid role with 5% associated travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
• 10+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance
• Minimum 5+ years prior experience in a QA Manager / Lead role
• Experience in large-scale, multi-system implementations
• Demonstrable experience in: QA strategy, test planning, and estimation
• Managing end-to-end testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression)
• QA governance, metrics, and reporting
• Defect lifecycle management and triage
• Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
• Experience using Azure DevOps / JIRA / Smartsheets
• Previous automation exposure (Selenium, BrowserStack, Playwright etc.)
• Experience with API/integration testing (Postman)
