About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our manufacturing team specializing in catalytic converters and exhaust systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous QA/QC or manufacturing inspection experience preferred
- Experience in automotive, exhaust, or metal fabrication industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspect catalytic converters, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and related components for quality and accuracy
- Perform visual and measurement-based inspections using gauges, calipers, and other tools
- Identify weld defects, fitment issues, inconsistencies, part specs, and labeling
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports
- Work closely with production staff to resolve quality concerns
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures
