Responsible for the startup inspection, in-process inspection and end of run testing of bottles. Must be able to audit and assist Inspector Packers with the visual inspection of bottles, report any quality problems and non-conformances to the Production and/or Quality Supervisor immediately. Must follow the Pretium standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner. The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter, a good manager of time and be able to work independently. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy production environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential concerns. Must be able to work 8 or 12-hours shifts, including working overtime and attending after-hour meetings as needed; may be asked to fill in for Supervisors if required. Food Safety Responsibilities: Monitor and verify activities to ensure that line products coming in and out of the facility meet food safety standards in addition to quality standards. Comply with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures to ensure all are always followed and documented correctly. Report any product or process failures that could impact food safety of manufactured product to Quality.
