Requirements

  • Understanding of basic visual and dimensional inspection techniques.
  • Able to follow written procedures and work effectively under the direction of supervisors and designated team members.
  • Basic computer skills and can accurately complete computer-based transactions and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
  • Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance in daily work.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities and support team objectives as needed.
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • High school diploma/certificate or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual and/or dimensional quality control inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labels, and finished commercial products.
  • Responsible for the quarantine storage of materials and ensuring accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
  • Accurately record inspection results and maintain compliance with good documentation practices.
  • Utilize computer systems to complete transactions and documentation related to inspection activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and inventory control processes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
