About The Position

Lutheran Community Services NW (LCSNW) is a nonprofit serving communities throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The QA & I Specialist supports quality assurance and improvement activities across programs, helping ensure that client records, service documentation, workflows, and reporting meet program requirements, agency standards, and applicable regulations. The role works with staff and program leadership to identify and resolve documentation and process concerns, maintain accurate records, and improve administrative workflows. The position also supports referral, enrollment, and eligibility processes; prepares reports using electronic health records and other systems; provides staff training and technical support; and coordinates quality-related processes such as hospital notifications, chart reviews, and audit preparation. LCSNW team members contribute to the mission of partnering with individuals, families, and communities for health, justice, and hope.
