About The Position

EY is seeking a Service Delivery Center Senior specializing in QA Guidewire testing within the Financial Services Organization (FSO). This role is part of a high-performing US-based team that delivers project-based work and managed services to US-based Financial Services clients. The position involves IT Quality Transformation & Application Test Delivery, driving transformational change in how clients deliver application testing services. The role is within a collegiate environment that promotes diversity of opinions and collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of Guidewire experience.
Experience working in the insurance sector.
Strong Experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center and rating engine and integration experience working with external vendors.
Good test knowledge on rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts and surcharges coverages.
Strong quality engineering skills with test automation experience in tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
Good knowledge and experience on SOAP and REST services test concepts.
Strong property & casualty Insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products, its risks and coverages.
Should be good at augmenting QE practice go to market capabilities in the service delivery.
Tools/Frameworks/Software Skills: Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, IntelliJ, SOAP UI, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, Gitlab, Jira, Xray, Hexawise.
Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management.

Nice To Haves

Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience.
Guidewire certifications.
Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications.
