About The Position

Quality Assurance Specialists ensure each Guest receives perfectly prepared, high-quality food. They provide dependable, fast service and work as part of the restaurant team. The role involves ensuring food meets company standards, keeping orders flowing from the kitchen, controlling order pace, following safety and sanitation procedures, and communicating with Team Members across the restaurant.
