The company is seeking QA Engineers with strong backend and automation testing experience to ensure quality assurance for investment platforms, focusing on validating data pipelines, APIs, and backend systems crucial for portfolio management and reporting.

Requirements

4–8 years of QA/Automation experience.
Strong experience in backend/API testing.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Rest-Assured, Selenium, or similar).
Proficiency in Java or Python for test automation.
Experience with data validation and SQL.
Understanding of system integration and data flows.
Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of frontend automation (Playwright, Selenium) is a plus.
Experience in Asset Management / Capital Markets.
Exposure to financial data, portfolio systems, or reporting platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automated test suites for backend services and APIs.
Perform integration and system testing across data and application layers.
Validate data integrity across upstream and downstream systems.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous testing practices.
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
Support UAT cycles and release validation.
