About The Position

We move fast, ship often, and hold ourselves to a high bar. As a QA Engineer, you will help improve our testing processes using both manual and automation techniques. You will have real opportunities to develop your skills with the Playwright automation framework, making our testing more efficient and reliable day by day. Your core mission is straightforward: identify, document, and report issues before they reach users. You will work across web, mobile, and API layers, and your work will directly shape the quality of what we ship. Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance at a minimum
  • At least two years of QA experience or a strong track record of growing in this direction
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors with precision
  • Basic knowledge or strong willingness to learn Playwright or similar automation tools
  • Familiarity with test management software like TestRail or Zephyr, or eager to learn
  • Good communication skills and comfort advocating for quality
  • Organized, analytical, and genuinely curious about how things work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automated regression testing
  • Exposure to API testing tools like Postman
  • Experience testing mobile apps on iOS or Android
  • Basic SQL or scripting knowledge
  • Examples of test cases or bug reports you have written
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools
  • Familiarity with using AI for test data generation to improve coverage and edge case discovery
  • Interest in applying machine learning for defect prediction and risk-based testing prioritization
  • Experience with or curiosity about LLM-assisted test case authoring and documentation
  • Understanding of how AI-driven tools can reduce flakiness and maintenance overhead in automation suites

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand system specifications thoroughly before testing begins
  • Work alongside Software Test Engineers to develop test strategies and plans with an automation focus
  • Assist in designing and implementing automated test cases using Playwright
  • Execute manual and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API features
  • Write clear, reproducible bug reports and communicate issues directly to development teams
  • Help build and maintain test logs that track and analyze testing phases over time
  • Participate in troubleshooting, sprint planning, and post-release testing
  • Collaborate with teams to raise the quality bar throughout the full development cycle
