About The Position

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong functional testing experience and a background in financial services, preferably within credit union or core banking environments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on tester who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, and contribute to the quality of critical financial applications.

Requirements

• Strong experience with functional testing of software applications
• Experience working within financial services, preferably supporting credit unions, core banking platforms, or financial systems
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, and related QA activities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience testing core banking systems, loan origination platforms, digital banking applications, or credit union technology solutions
• Familiarity with banking platforms such as Symitar (preferred), Fiserv, Correlation, or other core banking solutions
• Exposure to test automation tools or automation testing practices
• Experience with ADO or similar ALM/test management platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for test data management, analysis, and reporting
• Prior experience in credit union environments
