About The Position

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. Our client is a leading digital healthcare and telemedicine company in Germany, which enables patients to receive medical advice and, at the doctor’s discretion, prescriptions and sick notes directly through the app. We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to take ownership of test planning and quality assurance across native iOS and Android applications, as well as web applications. You will combine manual and automated testing, contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, and help drive the adoption of AI tools within QA workflows as part of an AI-first development environment.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience as a QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer.
Strong experience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
Experience testing web applications.
Practical experience with test automation.
Experience with Xray or a comparable test management tool.
Experience using or applying AI tools within QA/testing processes.
Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sentry, and Datadog.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

Nice To Haves

German language skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Own and coordinate test planning and test management across iOS, Android, and web applications.
Design, structure, document, and maintain test cases and test plans in Xray.
Perform hands-on manual testing where required.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve test automation.
Identify opportunities to increase test coverage and improve overall product quality.
Explore and promote the use of AI tools within QA and testing workflows.
Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate actively in an Agile development environment.
Support defect identification, investigation, tracking, and resolution.
