About The Position

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual) to join our engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our health services platform. This role is suitable for both Junior QA Engineers looking to grow their skills and Middle QA Engineers who can independently own testing activities. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify issues, improve product quality, and help deliver reliable solutions for healthcare providers and users.

Requirements

Junior Level: 1+ year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Junior Level: Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
Junior Level: Experience creating test cases and reporting defects.
Junior Level: Familiarity with web application testing.
Junior Level: Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Junior Level: Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar.
Junior Level: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Junior Level: Willingness to learn and develop QA skills.
Junior Level: Good English communication skills.
Middle Level: 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Middle Level: Proven experience with manual testing of web applications.
Middle Level: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Middle Level: Ability to independently create test strategies, test scenarios, and test documentation.
Middle Level: Experience working closely with development and product teams.
Middle Level: Experience with defect management and release validation.
Middle Level: Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman.
Middle Level: Ability to identify risks and suggest improvements to product quality.
Middle Level: Good English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience testing SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Understanding of automated testing concepts.
Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, or similar).
Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of data privacy and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Analyze requirements and identify potential quality risks.
Identify, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Validate new features and ensure they meet business and user requirements.
Participate in release testing and support deployment activities.
Maintain testing documentation and provide clear quality reports.
Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices.
