About The Position

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking a QA Specialist to join their People Assurance team. This is a remote, full-time position focused on assuring the quality of food safety, workplace safety, and human resources courseware. The role contributes to continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and products, working collaboratively within the team. Intertek's People Assurance teams aim to empower workforces, identify operational gaps, and mitigate risk. They offer training solutions through Intertek Alchemy, communication programs via Intertek Catalyst, and learning management systems with Intertek Wisetail. Intertek is dedicated to reducing risk for consumers, brands, and organizations globally, functioning as a Total Quality Assurance Provider with a purpose of bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.

Requirements

Some college education or equivalent work experience
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with desktop computer environments
Ability to communicate positively and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
Must be customer focused and quality driven
