About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Tester with experience in developing and maintaining automated test solutions for web, mobile, and API applications. The ideal candidate will have strong automation skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Strong experience in QA Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or TestCafe.
Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or Swagger.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Retail, eCommerce, POS, OMS, or Supply Chain domain experience.
Understanding of SQL and database testing.
Experience in Retail applications, POS systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), and modern test automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
Execute API testing and validate backend services.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prepare test execution reports and provide quality metrics.
Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and automation practices.
