About The Position

The QA Automation Engineer is responsible for reviewing and updating the existing automation framework for a data-driven testing approach and enhancing it to support cross-browser testing, specifically mobile testing. The role develops and maintains automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using tools such as Playwright, maintains and enhances existing automation frameworks, and continually improves testing processes. It also implements and manages automated testing of SOAP and REST APIs.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience with test automation using Playwright.
• Test automation experience using JavaScript, Java, JUnit, Jenkins, Maven, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with test automation of SOAP and REST APIs and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Review and update the existing automation framework to support data-driven testing.
• Enhance the automation framework to support cross-browser testing, specifically mobile testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using tools such as Playwright.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and continuously improve testing processes.
• Implement and manage automated testing of SOAP and REST APIs.
