About The Position

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and user experience of front-end applications across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate brings experience in software testing or a related field, strong manual testing skills, and an interest in expanding their expertise in test automation. This role partners closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
Software Product Testing: Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.

Nice To Haves

Experience testing both web and mobile applications, including accessibility validation and awareness of accessibility standards.
Hands-on experience with Playwright, WebDriverIO, Sauce Labs, or similar cloud-based devices and browser testing platforms.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, object-oriented programming concepts, Git/GitHub, and automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking and test management solutions.
Strong interest in adopting AI-assisted testing techniques to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and exploration testing of web and mobile applications across platforms, devices, and browsers while validating functional, integration, sanity, and regression requirements.
Review acceptance criteria, translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and scenarios, and participate in test planning, execution, and release validation activities.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Playwright and WebDriverIO to improve quality and testing efficiency.
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps while collaborating with developers and product owners to resolve issues quickly.
Drive continuous improvement of test processes, automation coverage, visual regression testing practices, and overall product quality.
