About The Position

DUAL North America is seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with a focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our insurance platforms. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in our digital transformation efforts, helping to streamline our processes and improve our policy management systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in QA automation, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG.
Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or similar.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadView or LoadRunner.
Ability to work in a hybrid, in-office and remote work environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
Continuously improve and optimize the automation framework and testing processes.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation.
