The ICQA Auditor validates products scheduled for customer delivery to measure outbound selection accuracy. The role assists with researching and resolving errors and serves as a witness representative in Beth2. Auditors use a handheld scanner to compare physical products with customer orders and system-billed quantities, unload products for a physical count, and investigate errors by reviewing the actual and surrounding pick slots. Mis-select errors and shortages are corrected as necessary based on the customer contract. After validation, products are reloaded onto pallets and returned to the dock or trailer. The role also checks pallet construction, including wrapping, stacking, positioning, and product condition. Pallets are unloaded using an electronic pallet jack, or a random pallet that has not yet been loaded is selected for audit. The work takes place in freezer, perishable, and store/grocery warehouse environments. The position is on the first shift, and travel is not required.
