Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together? PrizePicks is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven QA Analyst to support our Trading Data & Pricing team. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of player projections, pricing systems, and trading-related product launches across multiple sports. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of sports gaming and DFS, and enjoys working cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of DFS, sports betting, or sports gaming ecosystems
  • Knowledge of major sports leagues, players, matchups, and how sports news/information impacts projections and pricing
  • Comfort working nights and weekends aligned with live sports schedules
  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in Daily Fantasy Sports, sports gaming, trading operations, QA, or a related analytical role preferred
  • Experience with QA processes, regression testing, or production support is a plus
  • Familiarity with data validation, pricing models, or trading systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Track projection performance and identify key trends, discrepancies, or issues impacting pricing accuracy.
  • Perform QA testing on automated trading tools, projection creation systems, pricing launches.
  • Develop and execute testing plans, regression testing, and validation strategies for new and existing features.
  • Identify, document, and escalate bugs or inconsistencies found during testing and production monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Game Operations teams to support feature launches and system improvements.
  • Help implement testing processes, operational best practices, and quality assurance standards for trading systems.
  • Utilize internal tools and environments to replicate production scenarios and validate releases.
  • Support launch readiness through testing coordination, callouts, and operational verification
