The ideal candidate will have experience with Telecom Order Management/Orchestration products such as Ericsson UWS (Unified Work System) or similar systems. This role involves performing various order management tasks, working with order dashboards, and understanding the telecom order lifecycle, including provisioning and service activation. A working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, product customization) is also required. The candidate must be able to collaborate with different teams, troubleshoot issues for offshore testing teams, and have experience with testing tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN, and HP ALM for test execution and defect management. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
