About The Position

Reserv is seeking an experienced QA Analyst for its Quality Assurance team. This strategic, client-facing role focuses on identifying systemic claims issues before they affect customers. The QA Analyst conducts hypothesis-driven target audits, partners with account management teams, and leads root cause analysis to protect commercial relationships and drive operational improvements. Unlike traditional QA roles centered on individual file audits, this position focuses on strategic and investigative claims handling. The analyst has autonomy to identify issues for investigation, design an audit approach, and drive change at account and organizational levels. The work directly supports revenue protection and stronger client relationships. The role also contributes to building Reserv’s Quality Assurance platform and uses AI/LLM tools to help transform quality assurance. Reserv welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and values diversity of perspectives and experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes in complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting findings to leadership.
  • Strategic thinking, hypothesis development, and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural curiosity about why issues occur, not only what occurred.
  • Ability to work independently and comfortably with ambiguity.
  • Ability to challenge leaders constructively with data-backed recommendations.
  • Thorough analytical approach while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels and take initiative to surface issues before they escalate.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools in claims or quality processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic target audits across accounts, lines of business, and exposures to identify problems proactively.
  • Develop and test hypotheses about potential quality issues and execute detailed audits to validate findings.
  • Conduct deep-dive exposure-specific, line-of-business-specific, and client-specific reviews using seasoned claims judgment.
  • Participate in account management calls, discuss client expectations, and act as a trusted quality advisor.
  • Lead root cause investigations with leadership teams and present findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Follow through to ensure action plans are executed and escalate when teams do not complete required actions.
  • Collaborate with the QA team on escalated issues and work with leadership to drive systemic improvements.
