About The Position

We are seeking a QA Analyst/Tester with 2 to 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for a variety of applications including web, mainframe, API, desktop, file-based, and email workflows. This role involves building and enhancing automation frameworks using Java, Python, and JavaScript, along with various automation tools. A key aspect of this position is the integration of LLM-based capabilities into automation pipelines for tasks such as natural-language test generation, intelligent failure analysis, automated data creation, and conversational testing assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, domain expertise in NA Retail Banking & Payments, and excellent soft skills including communication, ownership, and Agile experience.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Python, JavaScript
Strong hands‑on experience with Selenium/Playwright/ Cypress
Strong hands‑on experience with REST Assured, Postman, Ready API
Strong hands‑on experience with Mainframe automation tools (e.g., terminal emulators, LeanFT)
Strong hands‑on experience with PDF parsing libraries (PDFBox, PyPDF2, iText)
Strong hands‑on experience with Email automation (IMAP/SMTP libraries)
Expertise in framework development and test architecture
Strong understanding of databases (SQL/Oracle/DB2)
Domain Expertise – NA Retail Banking & Payments
Strong Communications
Scrum Level Ownership
Grooming - ask questions, bring up risks, mitigation skills
Agile Experience

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for web applications (UI automation, responsive testing)
Design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for Mainframe/3270 systems (screen navigation & validation)
Design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for API testing (REST/SOAP automation, contract testing)
Design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for Desktop applications (Windows-based tasks, legacy systems)
Design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for File‑based validations (Notepad/flat files, PDF parsing and verification)
Design, develop, and maintain automated validation suites for Email workflows (content validation, trigger-based flows)
Build and enhance automation frameworks using Java, Python, JavaScript, Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, TestNG, PyTest, JUnit, Cypress, REST Assured, and GitHub
Integrate LLM-based capabilities into automation pipelines, including natural‑language test generation, intelligent failure analysis, automated data creation using AI agents, and conversational testing assistants
Validate functionalities across core banking products (checking, savings, deposits, loans)
Validate functionalities across payments (ACH, Wires, RTP, Bill Pay, Cards)
Validate functionalities across customer onboarding, servicing, and transaction flows
