About The Position

Trissential is hiring a QA Analyst / Test Engineer to join our client's team. This role will play a critical part in enhancing enterprise ServiceNow capabilities, supporting AI-enabled workflows, and driving platform quality initiatives. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building scalable testing solutions in a modern Agile environment. The role involves working on high-visibility ServiceNow initiatives that support enterprise transformation efforts, helping to establish testing standards, automation frameworks, and quality best practices across the platform. The candidate will collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders, gaining exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation programs. The role also involves expanding expertise with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and enterprise automation strategies, contributing to initiatives that directly improve platform stability, release quality, and user experience, and joining a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

5+ years of Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience
Experience using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and platform customizations
Strong experience creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build productive relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Currently authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub solutions
Experience supporting AI, automation, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Experience developing enterprise regression testing strategies
Experience implementing QA governance, standards, and testing best practices
Knowledge of release management and deployment validation processes
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred
Additional software testing or quality assurance certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and validation approaches for ServiceNow initiatives
Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing
Support testing efforts across SNAP-E use cases, AI-enabled workflows, and platform enhancements
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through successful resolution
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, analysts, and product owners throughout the SDLC
Establish and promote testing standards, governance processes, and quality assurance best practices
Support platform upgrades, releases, deployment validation, and production readiness activities
Produce testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards
Build reusable regression testing assets to improve long-term testing efficiency and scalability
