GRRS Tech is a data-driven value chain seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong experience developing and supporting Python and Spark applications within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The role involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to support regulatory reporting and large-scale data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data sourcing, transformation, and lineage analysis, as well as Python/Spark and SQL-based data environments. The Software Engineer will play a key role in ensuring data quality, traceability, and consistency while contributing to enterprise data platforms and reporting solutions. In addition to supporting the GRRS platform during US hours, the Software Engineer will contribute to the development of next-generation Agentic AI applications. Working closely with senior engineers and product teams, the role will focus on building production-grade systems using Python and modern AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot. The position emphasizes rapid iteration, clean coding practices, and consistent adherence to specification-driven development methodologies. Generally requires 5+ years of experience.
