About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with over 5 years of hands-on design and development experience. The role involves writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, with a strong emphasis on API design and development using NodeJS and Python, particularly with frameworks like ExpressJS and Flask. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), understand server-side templating languages (EJS), and be familiar with modern development patterns including Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, and micro-services. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Redux is also desired. Strong communication, planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this long-term contract position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on design/development experience
• Strong NodeJS, Python experience
• Experience with frameworks such as ExpressJS, Flask
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, & MongoDB
• Strong understanding of modern development patterns: Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, micro-services
• Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong planning skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS
