About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in Dearborn, MI. This onsite role involves writing production-grade Python to automate platform workflows and build internal tooling. The ideal candidate will ship tested, documented code, not just scripts. You will also write performant, concurrent Go programs for platform services, including CLIs, API handlers, K8s operators, or automation tooling. Expertise in authoring production-quality container images and understanding the container lifecycle is crucial. You will deploy, troubleshoot, and operate workloads on Kubernetes, understanding the platform layer beyond basic kubectl commands. Designing, implementing, and versioning production APIs with proper error modeling, pagination, and backward compatibility, treating them as products with users, is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will operate, debug, and troubleshoot Linux systems at a production level, including networking, process management, permissions, and performance. Experience provisioning, operating, and troubleshooting GCP services that power a cloud-native platform is also required.

Requirements

• Production-grade Python development.

• Ability to build usable internal tools.
