Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Python development
• Proven track record in technical leadership or solution architecture for enterprise applications
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows
• Expertise in team leadership, mentoring, and delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in risk and dependency management
• Background in production operations and support for enterprise applications
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks
• Exposure to multi-project leadership in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 7+ Python developers across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
• Architect, design, and implement scalable Python-based applications and services for enterprise clients
• Provide technical leadership, solution design, and guidance through code reviews and technical oversight
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans
• Drive Agile delivery, ensuring DevOps and CI/CD best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and execution
• Ensure code quality, security, compliance, and testing standards are consistently met
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resolve technical issues to ensure successful project delivery
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices, design patterns, and development processes
• Support production releases and critical issue resolution as required
