Requirements

Strong technical expertise in Python development and Linux/Unix administration.
Strong foundation in Python fundamentals, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong Linux/Unix knowledge, including command-line tools, process management, permissions, networking, and troubleshooting.
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in building and consuming RESTful services.
Hands-on experience working with relational databases.
Experience with shell scripting (Bash).
Experience with automation and deployment processes in Linux environments.
Proficiency in Git for version control.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong skills in debugging and performance tuning.
Experience with messaging services such as Kafka.
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Good understanding of containerization and DevOps practices, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Experience with ETL/data processing tools.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
Experience in integration testing.
Exposure to IoT or edge device integrations.
Hands-on experience with Docker.
Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
