About The Position

A technology company specialized in custom software development and digital transformation for both national and international contexts is seeking a Python Developer to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your code.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with Azure and cloud infrastructure (Networking, WAF, CDN).
At least 7 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Hands-on experience in AKS / Kubernetes and Docker.
At least 10 years of experience in strong Python development skills.
Deep expertise in organizing projects and building web services using FastAPI.
Experience building AI-enabled applications, particularly in recommendation or conversational systems and evaluation frameworks for LLM or AI systems.
Clear understanding of how AI systems differ from traditional deterministic systems.
Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience with real-time architectures (Kafka/Kinesis) and batch processing.
Experience with CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
Experience supporting, monitoring, and operating critical production systems, including troubleshooting complex incidents and leading post-mortem analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop software services and APIs using Python frameworks, ideally FastAPI, to create reliable and efficient data processing and deployment experiences.
Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure from a software engineering perspective, including core networking components such as WAF and CDN.
Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and deploy scalable services using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.
Implement end-to-end data solutions, ensuring reliable data flows across both real-time architectures (Kafka/Kinesis) and batch processing.
Apply a software engineering mindset to solve complex infrastructure and data modelling challenges.
Define technical direction and communicate complex architectures clearly to different stakeholders.
Promote best practices across teams, including code versioning, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting high-throughput applications.
Establish and drive engineering best practices through modern testing methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and quality assurance strategies.
Embed security throughout the software development lifecycle and optimize applications and data pipelines for performance, resource efficiency, and operational visibility.
Utilize CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines, while continuously improving infrastructure and engineering processes.
Support, monitor, and operate critical production systems, including troubleshooting complex incidents and leading post-mortem analysis.
Work effectively within Agile environments, promote continuous improvement, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and executive stakeholders in English.
