About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Python applications and services. You will also build and support RESTful APIs and integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and contribute to data pipelines and automation frameworks. A key aspect of this role involves supporting AI/ML initiatives by developing data processing components and integrating machine learning services. You will also be involved in troubleshooting production issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Additionally, you will create technical documentation and support application monitoring and performance tuning. Active participation in Agile ceremonies is expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of Python libraries, frameworks, and development best practices.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party platforms.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data pipelines, automation frameworks, and integration solutions.
• Support AI/ML initiatives by developing data processing components and integrating machine learning services into business applications.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to improve software quality and deployment efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational procedures.
• Support application monitoring, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
