Key Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. NOTE: Role requires 60% onsite client work in NYC, NJ, or Chicago and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter
