This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. The Software Engineer II serves as a key technical contributor for the EIT Core Automation Platform (ECAP), responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting automation solutions that enable platform stability, scalability, and delivery of strategic initiatives. Working closely with technology leadership, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and offshore teams, this role translates business requirements into technical solutions, drives engineering best practices, and supports execution of the ECAP roadmap. This position provides critical technical expertise and delivery support for a highly visible platform that serves as a foundational automation capability across EIT. The role supports platform stability, modernization initiatives, migration efforts, and successful execution of business and technology objectives.
