About The Position

Proven, extensive experience (8 to 12 Years) as a Python Lead Developer, with a portfolio of successful projects. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others depending on the specialization. Looking for highly motivated Python Developer with a strong background in Big Data technologies with Retail risk domain experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust data pipelines, applications, and platforms using Python and various Big Data tools. This role requires a deep understanding of data processing, distributed systems, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 Years of experience as a Python Lead Developer.
• Portfolio of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others.
• Strong background in Big Data technologies.
• Retail risk domain experience.
• Deep understanding of data processing and distributed systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with databases, including both SQL (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Understanding of schema design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust data pipelines, applications, and platforms using Python and various Big Data tools.
• Write clean, well-crafted, and maintainable Python code for server-side logic and backend features.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, AbInitio & Spark Scala developers, to integrate / migrate different application components and deliver features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications for software applications.
