About The Position

At U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM), we help clients identify and achieve their financial objectives. The PWM Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for building a team of trust, banking, and investment professionals around high net worth clients or client relationships. This role proactively engages with assigned relationships to ensure top-level service delivery and is responsible for the retention and growth of these client relationships. The manager partners with PWM Product Specialists to provide counsel and expert advice in all areas of PWM (Trust, Private Banking, and Investments), ensuring comprehensive financial advice and planning for clients, along with fiduciary administration and adherence to compliance requirements. PWM Senior Relationship Managers in this role will be assigned to large revenue-generating, complex multi-layered/multi-generational relationships that require maintaining strong connectivity with external advisors. These managers need deep subject matter expertise and tenure in their role to effectively manage their assigned books of business. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may result in offer rescission or termination of employment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience interacting with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Satisfactory criminal and credit record to meet and maintain NMLS registration requirements.
