About The Position

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analysts have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM Investments. Position is focused on honing the technical aspects of a given specialty area and developing the superior client facing skills needed to become a Portfolio Manager Partner. On the Job Training will focus on teaching the Analyst the technical aspects of Investments. Will be responsible for retention, development and growth of high net worth relationships by creating prospecting strategies and research, pipeline management, and identifying new business opportunities that may be acted on with the general oversight of an Advisor. Provides Partners with in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials to recommend strategies to prospects and clients to promote growth. This is an operations-focused role designed to support the investment team and ensure the effective and efficient execution of client and investment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Up to three years of related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with forms, reports, and documentation
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a support-oriented role
  • Comfortable multi-tasking
  • Ability to follow defined processes in a compliance-driven environment
  • Interest in the Private Wealth industry

Nice To Haves

  • CFP® / CFA® interest is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Generate and assemble client and portfolio review materials
  • Handle compliance-related tasks and required documentation
  • Complete and process Private Equity paperwork, subscriptions, and related forms
  • Organize and upload contra-firm statements for new proposals and client reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all materials meet internal and regulatory standards
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior Advisors and Partners
